She is a miracle worker

To anyone considering using Ann as their broker – you will not be disappointed! She did an amazing job, truly above and beyond what any other broker would have done.

We were in a bad rental situation (we’d had to file a police report against the landlord) and were purchasing a foreclosure. At the last minute, the selling side stalled and it looked like we were going to be homeless for a few days with our four kids.

Ann immediately jumped in and got the deal closed. She is a miracle worker and I will not go to anyone else! At the end of it all, we got a stellar rate and it was such a great feeling knowing that someone was working for us, not the bank.

We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Ann Murray. The minute I spoke with Ann I knew she was the right person for us.
